The Plan may be written on a individual, individual plus spouse, individual plus child(ren), or family coverage.

The Plan pays a daily benefit of up to $600. per day while hospitalized, for a time period up to 31 days.  Restoration of Benefits is available in some states after the client has left the hospital for 60 consecutive days.

Issue ages are 18 to 84 for individuals and spouse with children, child coverage is available from ages 0 to 18 (this may vary in some states). 

The product is guaranteed renewable for life and premiums will never increase due to age of the policy holder.
